The Focused Church Group (FCG) is dedicated to assisting pastors and churches to "Becoming The Church God Sees".  For years our leaders have been chasing the latest fad or model devised by some Mega Church and not achieved the desired results. The time has come to change the way we think about church.

If God's Bride is a Body of Believers, then we must understand there is a place in the body for every church that is unique.  Cookie cutter churches and copycat methods are not what we need to change our world.  We must become who God designed us to be.

The Focused Church Group is committed to developing the tools and processes that you need to succeed. We have spent years doing research and evaluating the various methods of church growth.  It is no suprise that our churches are exhausted by changes we have imposed upon them as we search for the best method to improve.

What makes The Focused Church Group different from other consultant organizations is we don't try to cram you into a method that doesn't fit your church or members.  We evaluate your needs and goals first and then suggest the various methods that will work best for you.  It may have a little Purpose Driven, a little Small Group, maybe some New York flavor, but it is designed according to your particular needs.
